Kevin Teoh
Audio Lecturer
Kevin has worked on the design and production of numerous television trailers, documentaries, corporate videos, local short films and local bands' EP (extended play) and music videos.
Kevin graduated from SAE College Byron Bay, Australia in 2006 with a Bachelor Degree in Recording Arts. He joined SAE Institute Singapore as Lecturer and Supervisor for Audio Engineering in April 2008. His areas of expertise include sound design, music composition, audio recording and editing.

Foo Chee Yong
Multimedia & Digital Film Lecturer
With years of experience in video post production, animations and design, Chee Yong has worked on the design and production of numerous television shows, promotional programs and television commercials. He has also worked with major advertising agencies, helping creative directors, art directors and copywriters to visualize their concepts.
Chee Yong has extensive experience in curriculum planning for both short, intensive courses for industry professionals; and also for full-time courses at the diploma and degree level. He has conducted numerous trainings for local polytechnics, international design schools, advertising agencies, production houses and TV stations.
Chee Yong received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from NUS and has been training and lecturing at the SAE Institute in Singapore since 1997. His areas of expertise include graphic design, NLE, compositing and 3D.

Imran Ahmad
Digital Film Lecture

Kenneth Foo
Audio Lecturer
Our longest serving faculty member, Kenneth has extensive experience as an audio instructor. With the institute since 1995, he has contributed to the development of the audio curriculum in addition to teaching.
His course topics include Tape Editing, Audio Consoles, Microphone Techniques, Multi Track Recording, Computerized Audio Editing, and Digital Audio, Multimedia Introduction, Project Planning and Development, Multimedia Authoring, Development of Computer Based Training Applications and Audio for Multimedia among others.

Lionel Chok
Digital Film Lecturer
Lionel’s current short film, entitled Crossroad, was shot on Hi-Definition video and has just won the Audience Choice Award 07 as part of Digital Film Fiesta 2006 (by Panasonic and Media Development Authority of Singapore).
Graduated from SIM/University of London with a BCS in Economics, 2nd Honours, he followed his passion and his intense interest in film and went on to pursue post-graduate Directing at the New York University in 2001. He joined the SAE Institute as a freelance Film lecturer in 2006.

Eugene Goh
Games Programming Lecturer
Eugene has been working in the games industry since 2004. He started offas a full-time games programmer at Nexgen Studio, and later branched off on his own freelance/contract business. This has given him the opportunity to work on numerous projects on the PC, mobile phone and web platforms.
He has also taught and helped develop teaching material for games programming courses at Nanyang Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic prior to joining SAE Institute. Prior to entering the games industry, Eugene worked as a systems integration consultant for complex banking back-end systems for companies such as IBM and PwC Consulting.

Geng Yuan
Animation Lecturer
Originally from China, Geng Yuan was schooled in industrial design but through years of professional experience, has picked up skills that have established him as an outstanding multimedia designer. He brings a wealth of experience – including skills in art content creation, pipeline building, game design, modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, special effects, scripting, and assets optimisation – to the SAE Institute Singapore’s Animation department.
Prior to joining SAE Institute Singapore, Geng Yuan has worked with renowned industry players such as Silicon Illusions, Envisage Reality, Sparky Animation and Emerging Entertainment. At Envisage Reality he also served as Technical Art Director.
Geng Yuan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Industrial Design, from Harbin University of Science and Technology, China.
